Frequently Asked Questions
What time is check-in and check-out?
There's no fixed check-in or check-out time, but the house will be ready from 16:00 and should be left by 11:00 on the day of departure. We're flexible about this — just let us know in advance if you need a different time. We don't accept arrivals between 01:00 and 07:00.
Is parking available?
Yes, we include one free parking space. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can arrange access to the neighbourhood.
Is the house suitable for children?
Yes, but the house has spiral staircases and a pool, which can pose a risk for children under 4. We ask guests to ensure appropriate supervision.
Is the pool private?
Yes, the pool is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The surrounding floor is marble and can be slippery, so please take care getting in and out of the water.
Is cleaning included during the stay?
For stays longer than 7 nights, one extra cleaning is included. You can also request an additional one-off cleaning (€85) or a daily cleaning service (€50/day).
Can you arrange airport transport?
Yes, we can arrange transport to and from Lisbon Airport for an additional cost. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
