Booking

A free of charge option can be held for 48h.

To confirm your reservation, a bank transfer of 50% of the total amount is requested, with the remaining value due 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made 1 month before the check-in date.

After that there is no refund.

Prices include all taxes.

Identity of the guests

We need to verify the ID Card or Passport of all guests staying in the house.

This information is required for all foreign citizens, whether from European Union Member States or Third Country nationals.

This obligation applies to companies operating hotel establishments, complementary tourist accommodation and tourist complexes, as well as to those who provide accommodation to foreign citizens for consideration.

The communication must be made by us within three days to AIMA (formerly SEF).

Check-in and check-out

Arrival time should be announced in advance to organize check-in and key delivery.

There is no fixed check-in or check-out time, but the house will be ready for you from 16:00, and should be left before 11:00 on the check-out date.

We are fairly flexible about this, and if you want to check in before 16:00 or check out after 11:00 depending on your travel schedule, we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We don't accept arrivals from 01:00 to 07:00.

Before you leave, please take your garbage out and have the dishes washed or in the dishwasher.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool has no surveillance.

We disclaim any liability with respect to the use of the pool.

It's the guests' responsibility to ensure the safety of those who use the swimming pool, in all circumstances.

Children

As we love children and give priority to their safety, it is our opinion that the house may contain some obstacles for children under 4, namely the spiral stairs and the pool.

We kindly ask that you make sure your children are able to deal with these particularities of the house.

Access by car

Access inside the neighborhood is only for residents.

Uber will leave you at the entrance of the neighborhood; taxis can come inside and leave you in front of the house.

Smoking is not permitted.

Parties and events are not allowed.

Pets are not permitted.
